Lazy Saturday

Saturday, January 27th, 2007

My website has looked the same for about a year now so I thought I would change things up a little bit. You have probably already noticed that:

1) The picture above the navigation bar has changed from Minneapolis to Madison.

2) The orange and blue color scheme has been replaced with cardinal, gray, and white.

I am trying to go with more of a “Wisconsin” theme since a majority of the stuff on here revolves around the Badgers and Madison anyway.

Last weekend 40 of us went on a party bus (old school bus covered in spray paint) around St. Paul and Minneapolis for Carol’s birthday. We started in St. Paul at the Wild Onion, bounced over to Gastof’s for a bit, and then made our way to the final destination of the night, the Imperial Room. I will post pictures as soon as I can get my hands on some. Last night we attended Badger Bowling at Park Tavern through the TC alumni chapter; it was good times. It is Saturday afternoon right now and I have no real plans for the rest of the weekend except for watching the Badger game tomorrow afternoon.

I thought I was all caught up on posting pictures, but I realized that Cindy has a bunch of stuff in her 2006 photo album that I do not have digital copies of. Time to fire up the scanner. Oy vey.

New Year

Saturday, January 20th, 2007

I have posted a bunch of new pictures from this past fall and video from the trip to Orlando. I am having some problems with the picture gallery right now so it might seem really slow to load things or may just act weird in general.

The trip to Orlando for the Capital One Bowl was a lot of fun. The Badgers securing a victory obviously did not hurt. I am so excited for the Badgers going into this coming football season. The basketball team is also doing great. It is definitely a good time to be a Badger! The past few weeks have been pretty busy at work because session started on January 3rd. I picked up a GRE study book last weekend so that I can take the test sometime this year just to have a score handy for when I decide to go back to school. Cindy is studying for the GMAT so it is a good time for me to tackle it as it helps to have someone to study with. Time to get back to watching the Badgers beat up on Illinois and to figure out what is going wrong with my picture gallery.
