Sunday, March 27th, 2005As you might notice I’ve made a few minor changes around the site. I still have more to do, but figured I would upload what is done so far. Spring break is over in about an hour. It’s only been a little over a week, but I feel like I haven’t been in school in a really long time. My break was pretty boring. Cindy and I went down to Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg on Saturday the 19th. I didn’t really want to spend the day shopping since I’m pretty broke, but I ended up finding some good things on sale so it worked out well. We finally got around to going to Cheesecake Factory, which was good. We also made a stop at Ikea to get some ideas for our apartment. It looks like there is a strong chance we will be going to Minneapolis so we’ve been looking at apartments online. The two frontrunners for me are Laurel Village and One Ten Grant. Both are downtown and have pools and workout facilities and are all around very nice places to live. I think it would be pretty neat if I ended up moving to Minneapolis at the same time my brother Rob is starting college there. Madison is a great town and is definitely the kind of place I would want to raise a family, but right now I would like to live in a much bigger city like Chicago or Minneapolis. Anyway, I spent Monday through Friday in Madison just working a little bit and then went home this past weekend for Easter. It was nice; we had dinner at my house on Saturday and all of my grandparents were over.
The Badgers got knocked out of the NCAA tournament today when they played North Carolina. The team put forth a great effort and was able to hang with them until the end of the game. I think it’s safe to say that the Badgers exceeded most peoples’ expectations by making it to the Elite Eight. I’m hoping to actually have something up on the Tech and Vids page by this weekend. Keep your eyes peeled.
